Week Commencing 2nd November :

Practitioners will be teaching the children about fire safety, using a colourful character called Welephant. Through a special feature story entitled "Safe Firework Fun", the children will learn how Welephant and Spikey enjoyed a safe Bonfire Night.

To enhance this learning experience, we have extended an invitation to the local fire service to come into Nursery, hopefully with a big red fire engine, but this will be dependent on how busy they are....fingers crossed!

Have a safe and happy Bonfire Night on Thursday 5th November.

Throughout the week the children will also be making poppies for Remembrance Day.

It's wear it red day on Wednesday 4th November and we invite the children and staff to come dressed head to toe in as much red as they wish.

Remembrance Sunday on 8th November. For our tomorrow, they gave their today.
